首先,背单词的时候不应该背托福单词,而应该先背大学四级单词。而且背单词的时候,要注意一定要背单词的词性,背诵单词讲究的是大量多次;
其次,听写这件事情,不是听到然后写下来这么简单,而是要求从语法,逻辑,前后文,整段话的内容,全面来进行矫正的。推荐的内容是VOA special English;

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Because modern life is very complex, it is essential for young people to have the ability to plan and organize.

With the movement of society, modern life is more and more colorful with abundant opportunities. Do young people who are in the stage of developing(这个从句没必要去强调,因为咱们在讨论的肯定就是身处其中的young people 有些不用写!容易赘述) have to process planning and organizing ability?(embody the ability to plan and organize?)I partly agree  with it.

Planning properly helps young people(此处可以young people 所指何人,直接说出international students-would-be,即将出国的留学生)to avoid unessential hard-work since each future career choice means corresponding efforts. Nowadays, studying abroad is increasingly popular with plenty of students bring(with 是介词,后头不可直接加句子,所以bringing)it onto the table. Beneficial though studying abroad is, it’s not panacea. For those who are difficult to adapt new environment or whose field is not suitable for foreign education, studying abroad is a wrong means and waste of time. Thus, thinking the studying goal in advance and do the career planning is necessary.(it is necessary to plan in advance where to continue academic education.)

Furthermore, graduates are in more complicated situation and need organizing and establishing ability urgently since they are likely to face massive irresistible temptations when hunting jobs. (being able to plan and organize plays a role of guideline in job application.)Take my sister as an example, she determined be an engineer while there are two options: secretary with bettered wages and engineer in fledging company with plenty of opportunities. She voted for the latter and excellent engineer follows as well——not her luck but unambiguous goal. (she voted for being an engineer in a fledging company in spite of a tempting position of being a sectary provided with a handsome income for she had planned to realize her ultimate goal rather than being allured by present economical temptation.)  Those youngsters, lacking of structured plan and experience, will be entangled with beginning salary, contributing to miss the appropriate jobs with promising development.

Besides advantages, planning future too early is risky and kills many possibility inasmuch as none of us can foreknow the fast-growing society  and increasingly refined technology with a large number of labors being replaced by AI, such as accounting, and brand new fields popping up every day. What’s more, people’s willing will definitely change due to the growth of ages and personal undergoing. I am a vivid instance. Three years ago, before the conversation with my cousin, I ‘wanted’ to be a doctor, my (as expected as my parents,以避免累赘重复)parents’ dream job. However, after comprehending the job actuary, I discovered my actual talent and eventually realized my wrong-direction hard working. There is always a saying goes: ‘planning fails to keep in pace with changing’, as for young people, the ability to plan and organize isn’t that significant.

What’s more, at the young age that could have enjoy the world, establishing life is kinds of annoyance. (strict plans tend to breed annoyance.) It is easy to feel overwhelmed or stressful under such plan. Too many plans means limits, which is like a square peg in round hole for teenagers who are in the peak of creativity., resulting in a consequence of loss in creativity.  Therefore, setting goal probably will hinder young people’s mental growth.

In conclusion, the ability of planning and organizing is important for young people that reduces meaningless efforts and assists to make up their mind against monetary lust. But such plans come with negative effects, with the uncertain incidence of future society and interfering of teenagers’ mental development. All in all, I choose to agree half of the statement.

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? People today spend too much time on personal enjoyment-doing things they like to do-rather than doing things they should do. ):

The things people should do always play a significant role in one’s life. (financial foundation,) which is the most basic element of one’s life. People need to earn a living, getting the money to support themselves. All the personal enjoyment gives away the main road for it. Imagine the scene: on a busy Monday morning, dealing with countless work tasks and importunate but important clients, no one will choose to ignore boss’s requirement and go to enjoy charming sunlight in Hawaii—— no matter how striking the desire is——since they have to do what they should do: work! Such essential things like working cannot be ignored for enjoyment.
